Privacy Policy

Attendo is an attendance system that employees use to check in and out for their employer (a mobile app and a web panel). This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, e-mail address, job title and user role (employee, manager, etc.).
• Precise location: only at the moment you check in or out (coordinates, accuracy and a device label). We do not track you in the background or between check-ins.
• Attendance records: check-in/out times, the status of each day (present, late, absent, on leave) and timesheet notes.
• Leave requests and the text the employee writes in them.
• Notification token: a device identifier used to deliver app notifications.
• Company data: company name, logo, work locations and shift schedules entered by company administrators.

Why we use it

To record attendance and verify you are at the work location, to calculate lateness, absence and leave, to produce your company's reports, to send notifications and to secure your account. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Your data is visible only to the authorized people at your company (company admin, HR, project manager). We rely on technical providers to run the service: server hosting, account e-mails, mobile push notifications (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, when enabled) and OpenStreetMap maps in the web panel. They process data only to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Attendance records and location visits are kept for two years and then deleted automatically; other data is kept while your company's account is active. A company administrator can delete the company from inside the app (Settings → Delete company account); see the Account and data deletion page for how it works.

Security

Data travels between the app and our servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each company is isolated from the others, passwords are stored hashed and we cannot read them, and access depends on each user's role.

Children

The service is intended for working adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through your employer or by contacting us.

Attendo نظام لتسجيل حضور وانصراف الموظفين لحساب شركاتهم (تطبيق موبايل ولوحة ويب). توضّح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه من بيانات ولماذا وكيف نحميه.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني والمسمى الوظيفي ودور المستخدم (موظف، مدير، إلخ).
• الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق: لحظة تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف فقط، (الإحداثيات ودقتها واسم الجهاز). لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية ولا بين التسجيلات.
• سجلات الحضور: أوقات الدخول والخروج وحالة اليوم (حاضر، متأخر، غائب، إجازة) وملاحظات الدوام.
• طلبات الإجازة وما يكتبه الموظف فيها.
• رمز الإشعارات: معرّف الجهاز لإرسال تنبيهات التطبيق.
• بيانات الشركة: اسم الشركة وشعارها ومواقع العمل وجداول الشيفتات التي يضيفها مسؤولو الشركة.

لماذا نستخدمها

لتسجيل الحضور والانصراف والتحقق من وجودك في موقع العمل، وحساب التأخير والغياب والإجازات وإصدار تقارير الشركة، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتأمين حسابك. لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات.

مع من نشاركها

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. تظهر بياناتك لمسؤولي شركتك المصرّح لهم (مدير الشركة، الموارد البشرية، مدير المشروع) فقط. نستخدم مزوّدين تقنيين لتشغيل الخدمة: استضافة الخوادم، وإرسال رسائل البريد الخاصة بالحساب، وخدمة إشعارات الجوال (Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google) عند تفعيلها، وخرائط OpenStreetMap في لوحة الويب. يعالجون البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بسجلات الحضور وزيارات الموقع لمدة سنتين ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا، وببقية البيانات ما دام حساب شركتك نشطًا. يستطيع مدير الشركة حذف الشركة من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← حذف حساب الشركة)؛ راجع صفحة حذف الحساب والبيانات لمعرفة آلية الحذف.

الأمان

تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق والخادم عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS). كل شركة معزولة عن غيرها، وتُحمى كلمات المرور بالتشفير ولا نراها، ويُقيَّد الوصول حسب دور كل مستخدم.

الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة للعاملين البالغين ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات من الأطفال.
